I train people of all fitness levels and abilities – from unconditioned beginners to highly trained athletes. Regardless of your exercise experience, my goal is to create an enjoyable program that you will want to stick with. Once you make exercise and fitness a part of your life, you’ll begin to see all the benefits that carry over into the other areas of your life.

I live in the La Crescenta-Montrose area, and I train people throughout the San Fernando Valley, Glendale area, and Pasadena.  I can train you at your home or outdoors in parks that are convenient to your location. I’ll bring all the necessary equipment, but if you own a piece of equipment that you would like to use we can discuss that individually.

When new clients schedule a first session, the initial assessment is free of charge. This will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour and with most other trainers it is charged to the client as the first session.

Regardless of your fitness goals, your program will include aspects of stability and mobility, resistance training, and cardiovascular improvements. Your individual goals will determine which area receives the greatest focus. The training program will be tailored to your present abilities and will progress you toward your long term fitness goals. If you are new to exercise or if you have been out of the game for a while, no problem. The important thing is to start now and begin reaping the numerous benefits that accompany a healthy and fit lifestyle.

I realize that not everyone can afford to work one-on-one with a trainer, so I can work with you online and put together a fitness program for you to do on your own.

I can accept payment in cash or through Paypal.  If you’ve never used Paypal, it’s super easy.  I can email you an invoice, and then Paypal lets you securely pay by credit card, debit card, or directly from your bank account.
